Yes, absolutely. We understand that life happens and plans can change unexpectedly. To help us keep our schedules reliable for all clients and fair for our hardworking team, we ask for as much advance notice as possible when you need to cancel or reschedule.
Free Cancellation / Rescheduling: You may cancel or move your appointment at no charge as long as you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival window.
Late Cancellation Policy (Under 24 Hours): When an appointment is confirmed, we reserve a dedicated team, plan travel routes, and turn down other clients for that specific time slot. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made with less than 24 hours’ notice—or if our team arrives on-site and cannot gain access to the property—a Late Cancellation Fee equal to 50% of the total estimated service amount will apply.
How the Fee Is Processed: This fee is automatically charged to the payment method on file or invoiced directly. 100% of this fee goes toward compensating our service professionals for their reserved time, lost wages for the day, and mobilization expenses.

The time it takes to clean a home can vary significantly based on factors such as square footage, number of rooms, and the level of cleaning required. For instance, a deep cleaning will naturally take longer than a regular maintenance cleaning. To provide you with a more accurate estimate, we recommend scheduling a free in-home consultation
